I lost a pin on my hitch and cause short in my wiring . now the towing socket has no electricity . i was told that the fuse in the electrical compartment had panel to remove to get to fuses. it did and i checked each one .all good . still no voltage. is there anyone out there that could help me. if so you may call me or post back . Remember to have 12v at the 12volt power pin pin key has to be on.

lildan,
Just to clarify some things here. Let me ask. Are all the other pins in the 7-pin round trailer plug functioning as they're supposed to?

1. Tail/marker
2. Right turn/brake
3. Left turn/brake
4. Ground
5. B/U (back up lights)
6. Trailer brake (normally not testable unless a trailer brake controller is attached)
7. 12VDC power

Now, at present, you say your 12VDC power is inop, correct? And, you say you "lost" a pin on your trailer hitch. May I ask, WHAT pin, and how did it cause a short? You see, I'm interested in all this because I like to learn this stuff in case I might have the same issue, somewhere down the road.

For our trailer plug fuses, the fuse box for them is located under the louvered rear panel that covers the dash air conditioning condenser at the very rear, left side of the coach. It will hinge upwards, just like the compartment doors but, is held in place by screws, not a compartment door latch. Once that louvered panel is raised, you can see the fuse box. Is that the fuse section you checked on yours?

Lildan, there are fuse panels all over the place on a MH. I lost power to the RR tailight on the toad, and was tearing my hair out. Called WBGO Tech Services (800.537-1885) and they led me straight to a fuse panel located behind a panel aft of the LR wheel on the coach. Give them a call to find the correct fuse block.
I also wonder what you mean 'lost a pin which caused a short'. Do you need to replace the connector? Are all the other pins without power? (Surprisingly each pin on the trailer connector has its own fuse.) Call WBGO.
