Low coolant warning light heads up warning

The low coolant light has come on for just a blink for the past year or two thought it was do to coolant sloshing around in the tank because it was never low when I would check it. Well found the problem today there is a small 1.5X2.5X0.5 inch module located on top of the engine hanging on a short wiring harness. This low coolent level module had fell onto the exhaust manifold and was being fryed and over heated this made the dash light blink. A new module and a wire tie will fix this problem. Others may want too check to see if theirs are free to bounce around and wire tie them in place before they burn. This is on a 3126B cat motor 2001 50k miles. Hope this helps others.
