We had been having intermittent problems with the main switch on our radio for a looong time (remote worked fine)but because our MH had so many more serious problems DH ( who thought he could probably fix the problem) wasn't able to remove it until May. He couldn't fix it so we sent it back to the company, they couldn't repair it either and sent us a new one w/o charge. Hats off to them. We can rate all the companies now except Norcold and Splendide as we have dealt with all of them in the past 2 years. lol
