magnadyne radio replacement

We are 2nd owners of an 03 journey 34'. The rvradio by magnadyne comes and goes and I'm ready to fix one way or another. My radio manual says 1 year warrantee to original owner only, But I've seen other posts that say two year warrantees for their units Has anyone had warrantee replacements they are happy with? or should I go to a different unit like a Visteon as recommended in other posts? thx B

My last coach had troubles with the RV radio and was replaced early on under warranty. After another several years I had some more problems with it and Magnadyne was good enough to send me one free even though it was out of warranty.

We've not had any problems with the RV radio in our new coach, but don't care much for it. I think when it goes I'll do some modifications and put in a quality radio. The same goes for the overpriced audio system - about the only reason I wish I had waited for an '06!
