Minnie Winnie 31G hot water issue

Hoping someone can help me out here. I rented a Minnie Winnie 31g, coach is brand new. When I turn the hot water pump on I hear the igniter trying to light, but I don't think it is igniting the burner. The pilot out light stays illuminate. Dealer isn't open yet and I need a hot shower any ideas?

I'll assume you have propane to other appliances .

Have you run the stove to be sure there is good propane flow?
Turned off the main supply and opened the valve slowly, to make sure the burst line valve isn't tripped?

I rented it from General RV, didn't have much of a choice had several other rentals fall through. We were going to the 100th Indy 500 demand was very high and supply was very low. We figured out the problem it was a quick fix, just had to get a little air out of the line. All and all I would give General RV an 11 out of 10!

I did not know that General RV rented RVs. They are a big seller I know. I will have to give them a try.
