Trying to get the holding tank level lights working properly on my 97 Adventurer. Trying the water softner and laundry soap tonite on half full tanks but so far no luck. Will let is soak and stir for a few more days. In an earlier posts I saw that on the back side of the monitor panel there is some adjustment screws that can be adjusted to adjust the resistance. Looking at mine I see no clear way to remove it other than three square notches. Are these pry points to remove the face? Or how does one go about removing the panel to get access to them?
Also I notice a slight sewer smell outside the coach in the area of the holding tanks after I have driven it. Smell goes away after a while and can not see any leaks and no smell inside.
Have some odor control in tanks now. Is this a normal condition after the contents have been shaken or should I be looking for something else.
Thanks for tolerating all my newbie questions.

The level indicators for the holding tanks are frequently inacurate. Frequently the problem comes from the probes in the tank being coated with "stuff" and that affects the resistance. I hope the method you are using helps, there are many suggested methods to perform the cleaning and have been discussed on this forum.

I suspect that the smell may be comming from a slightly leaking fitting under the coach. Hopefully, you are using odor control on a regular bassis with a bit of water in the tank all the time.

Good Luck with your coach
