I had the upgraded bedroom slide seals replaced on our Horizon yestrday. Quite a difference in design.

For those interested, they look like this:

Sam,

Did the factory do the replacement or was it done by a dealer? If a dealer, which dealer as I need to have them replaced as well and I am out of FL as you are.

If it is an involved job, I wuold be concerned about a dealer doing the job. Dealers haven't impressed me sofar.

Harry -

As much as I hate to admit, it was done by a Lazydays technician named "Steve" who is out of their Mobile Service department.

It took him over 4 hours to do the bedroom slide, and he was quite meticulous. He told me he has done a few hundred of them now, and adds some sealant that he says the factory doesn't even do.

As disappointed in the service department at Lazydays as I have been, I have to say they came through for me this time.

Your call if you want to use them.

Hope this helps.
