I’m not completely understanding your issue, but can say my experience with Truma has been excellent. Seems like a top notch product and top notch customer service. They sent me a new control board last fall to resolve a problem long after the original warranty expired. Bought our View in October, 2017, so that’s how long we’ve had the Truma. We are quite impressed with its performance, too.

Have you talked with Truma?

Yes, I talked to them, only a authorization dealer can replace the part, said I would have to send the entire heater to them but will not return my email to tell me where to send it[emoji52]
