My opinion: When it is that old, and has been used for that many miles (not a horrible amount of the engine, but it has been "used") it is going to be an issue of how well that coach was maintained. Has it had regular engine service, oil changes, etc? Was it properly winterized/de-winterized? Have major issues occurred? Has there ever been any body work? So, in short, the coach may have been manufactured in a high quality fashion but who knows how it has been treated for the last 21 years. That is what you need to discover through inspection. Good luck!
You will find all kinds of people with many different and valid opinions as to why old is better or new is better. My advice is to Just find the coach floorplan you like, then find one in your price range that has been very well taken care of; or buy one new. Enjoy! I have had 3 brand new coaches in 28 years of RVing. 3 different brands. All built about the same. My favorite in many ways is the newer one. To each his own.
