Norcold Refer won't power up

I have a Norcold 4 door refer in my 2004 Vectra that won't power up. I think it is a 3000 model. When I press and hold the button nothing happens. The refer had been working perfectly up until that point. It got cold, ran on AC or propane. No issues.

Is there a place that has a troubleshooting guide?

If it has the recall box installed it may have done its job and shut it down due to overheating and prevented a fire.

Get a volt meter and start working your way back until you find 12v power.

Just had the same issue my problem was the circuit pack on recall unit.Fridge had been working perfectly, shut it off after a long trip, month later headed to beach would not power up.Had it overheated we would have known when it happened, but I did reset both with magnet and grounding procedure, did not help.I bypassed recall unit and fridge worked as it should.Getting new pack and replaced was a pain as you know norcold will Not deal with you must go though authorized dealer.Hope this helps
