I have been researching and shopping for a over year now. I just wanted to thank each poster for logging the vast knowledge and wisdom on these forums for folks like myself to gleen much needed information from. To date I have passed on two 35u floorplans because of this vital information. I also don't see a whole lot of thanks passed around so I am doing that now. Thank you again and keep up the great work!

wondering why you passed on the 35Us. that was a very popular floor plan and of the three MHs we've owned we liked that FP the best. ours was 15-yrs old when we traded it for our current MH. given all the trouble we've had i wish we had our 35U back.

While I would love to give credit to the information I used to cull the rigs, I don't recall who posted what. Info overload and all. The 35u floorplan is the one the dw picked out. The reason we passed is because of the amount of water damage, mostly by the passenger front window. The wood and trim under the window was saturated. Also the wide open ac ducting inside the rear cap told me these rigs were not well taken care of. So the search continues. Plenty of 35u floorplans available for sale so I will find it in my price range and keep giving those good inspections.
