Oil on my counter

Hey y'all I own a 2014 Winnebago Adventurer 35P and today on a short drive after a few months of non-use of my microwave/convection we noticed a small puddle of oil under the microwave. NOT cooking oil, filters are freshly cleaned and the oven hasn't been used in months but more importantly the oil smells like hydraulic oil and not cooking oil. Before I go to the major work of removing the oven to see what I can see I thought I'd check here and see if anyone here has ever seen this ?
Thanks y'all

Microwaves contain a metal capacitor that looks like it should contain oil, and usually says "no pcb's" so probably does have oil. That's my guess, I would not try the microwave, unless possibly for a short time to see if it still works and is worth replacing the capacitor. IF you try to replace the capacitor, beware that is the most dangerous electrical thing most people will ever encounter, let it sit UNPLUGGED for a week, or discharge the capacitor safely before touching it.

Simply use a screwdriver to short the terminals together, it discharges a capacitor. If a cap is bulged or leaking it is faulty and must be replaced.
Be sure to buy a replacement with the same specs printed on the side. They are widely available locally.

Ya now that is a head scratcher, but sound like you have the culprit. My first thought was someone put it there on purpose. Just a quick funny. We can't be serious all the time right? I worked with a guy who drove a newer Harley Davison. He was a mechanic and this bike was beautiful. Older Harleys were known for oil leaks. We use to put oil drops under the engine
