The power is applied to(refer,2nd AC,Water Heater, etc) Green LED's on my one place control panel never turn off, I called customer support last week and they still have not returned my call. I really feel it has not been working proper the way it sheds AC loads mainly when the air is on, any thing to help would be great!

That's how mine works whenever we are plugged in to AC. They only go out when the load is too great to support those units.

According to my owners manual "The power status indicators will light when power is available to run it's corresponding load". If you are certain that the EMS is indeed shedding loads then you do have a problem. You should be able hear the second AC shut off or fail to start if there is not enough power to run the appliance and the green light will be off.
One way to check the EMS is to plug into a 15 or 20 amp circuit and then attempt to power things up and watch to see if the system starts shedding loads. If operating properly, the system will shed loads and the lamps will extinguish leaving only those lamps lit that power is available to operate.
You can also do a search (find) for emergency management system and that will probably lead you to a solution. Good Luck!!!!

If you're plugged into 50 amp the lights should all be on and you should show no amperage in the amp window. If other than this you may have some diodes that are burned out.
The EMS system installed in 2005 had some bad diodes from the factory. I had them burn out and Intellitec replaced my board at no charge. They sent me the board and I replaced it and returned the bad board. I could plainly see the burned diodes. Search iRV2 for the subject thread. Photos are posted at that thread.
Below is a photo of what you should see when plugged into 50 amps. No shedding takes place when connected to 50amps.
