P30 or P37?

I did a VIN decoder info sheet thingy and it said I have a P30 chassis, but I read here someplace that spots 5-7 are my chassis and that says P37.....

I am looking to do brakes all around and I am haviong a hard time finding parts and when I do add a vehicle to my autozone page I see no "P37" but do see "P30, 3500".

Somebody help me pull my head outta my back pocket as I am sure I am missing something very simple...LOL

TIA
