Painting slide out's top

Hi, I finally did it. After loosing slide out awnings twice I removed all of the and decided to go without them. But after removing the slide out awnings I end up with slide out roof which not white. I'm trying to use a Paint/Sealant to cover top of my slide outs. I was wondering if anyone has done something like this and if you have, what type of paint/sealant was used..

Thanks in advance for your input.Click image for larger version

What is the material? I would first try washing them with a brush and a solution of car wash soap and a few oz. bleach in a bucket of water. This is the solution I use to keep the roof and entire RV clean, white, and free of mold/mildew.
Then if that doesn't clean it up you may begin spending money.https://henry.com/retail/white-roof-coatings

Of course I have to clean them and thanks for mix suggestion. I was reading and some people used METAL RV ROOF COATING and Since the top of slide outs are aluminum it worked. Click image for larger version

I would use white elastomeric roof coating. Great stuff...
