Bet you'd find, like our town, that it's probably more of an HOA (homeowners association) issue than city. Be sure and check any CC&R's when you look to buy a specific property, or tell the agent or agency with whom you work that you specifically intend to park an RV on the property so they don't waste your (and their) time showing you properties that will not allow it. Good luck and good hunting in Chapel Hill....the 2nd most educated city in the USA....Davis, CA of course, being #1 (at least that's what our CofC boasts ;<
