I have only seen propane and water injection kits, never used either. IMO both shorten the life of an engine.

Propane is a higher 'octane' fuel then gas or diesel
Propane burns slower & longer therefore more of the diesel will burn
Propane doesn't produce carbon and can help reduce carbon build up

Propane injection can increase HP by 80-100HP AND torque in about the same amount

Can that Cummins handle higher HP/Torque ....YES
Can your transmission/drive train handle the higher HP/Torque...probably NOT
*Allison 6 speed 2500 340/HP 575/Torque (660/torque if SEM equipped /Shift Energy Management)
