Radiator box below main radiator in Winnebago Adventurer

I have a 35U Winnebago Adventurer and I noticed this small radiator looking box below my main radiator. It looks gummed up and I think I should be cleaning it but I don't know what it is. Anyone know?

Is your RV on a Ford or Workhorse chassis? It would also help if you show a photo of the mystery box. It could be an oil or transmission cooler, A/C condenser, etc. If it is a "radiator looking" device, it would probably work better if the fins were clean.
