The only thermostat that I ever replaced was for the LP furnace in my 1980's Jayco Class C ... even then I had to replace it with a thermostat and a switch (because I didn't want it to be calling for heat when in storage). I bought a residential thermostat in a hardware store and a small switch at Radio Shack.
I would not know where to begin to replace the thermostat as complicated as the ones in your coach.
