Replacing rubber slide rollers
After removing a broken floor tile and was encouraged to investigate what caused the tile to crack. I think it was caused by a scored rubber slide roller and I need to replace the roller. It may not even roll any longer and only skids across the tiles leaving black marks behind. I have found the roller part number on the Winnebago website, but how do I replace this roller. Can I lift the inside bottom edge up enough to get to the rollers. Surely the entire slide does not have to come out? If so, then off to dealer I assume.

I don't know if anyone has said so I will.
Please tell us what year your rig is. All of your equipment can be listed in your signature through the "Users CP" found near the top of the page, left side.
If you don't get a good response here try calling Winnebago customer support. They may help you.
Happy trails,
Rick Y

I had the same problem with my full wall slide rollers. Replaced all rollers by lifting the slide with 4x4's and 2 floor jacks. Moved slide out then retracted 4"s. Accessed best from outside.

We are heading up to Forest City to the GNR this year. I am taking advantage of the factory repair center at the same time. We have the PowerGear slide system. In place of rollers, my drivers side slide has a full length, felt covered whipper, for lack of a better description. This is what rides on the floor. The ends have broken off and the slide is dragging on the floor. I'll see what they come up with for a fix in July. For now I am shoving a scrap of carpet under the slide near the missing section.
I hope you post helps the OP.
