I know this has probably has been answered before, but couldn't find exactly the right answer. I am replacing my Coleman Mach with this Honeywell RTH 5160. I've got most of the colored wires matched up but don't know where to connect the remaining 2, no markings for the blue and Grey wires. Any help from someone who switch to the thermostat or other help would be great.. Thanks

Give Honeywell tech support a call they will help you, they usually are very good saves some head scratching.

Here's the conversion chart I created about 15 yrs ago. The nomenclature on the Rite-temp is generic for all t-stats, so should work for your t-stat. Here's a link to a pdf.

Blue is 12VDC NEG---Ground ('C' on the new t-stat???)

Grey is typically Fan ('G' on the new t-stat???)

Didn't new t-stat come with instructions/wiring?

The only reference the instructions said is to make sure your R wire was connected right with pos. Then it says to connect the rest according to color. There are different connections for a heat pump. I did figure this out though. You have your choice of fan speeds, gray for low green for high. I choose green and connected it to the G terminal. The C terminal is common and needs the blue wire for the ac. The rest is connected to corresponding color.

I don't know if this will work for the RV systems. I tried a household one some time back and it was not compatible with the Coleman system.
I just replaced mine with a Micro-Air RV354 EasyTouch thermostat. This is a new product for RVers. It has many advanced features that are controlled via an app on your phone. I have not had mine long. Overall it is a great upgrade. One neat feature is the heat/cool mode. If the RV gets too hot during the day it will call for cooling. If the temps drop at night it will call for heat. The thermostat does this around one set point.
So, if the Honeywell doesn't work you might consider the EasyTouch thermostat.
