Well I guess I am not too old to eventually learn something and it seems that I am still learning.
My tires have a cold max psi of 110. I have always just used 110 cold thinking it would help the side walls flex even less. I was never real happy with the handeling of the coach but thought that was as good as it gets. Yesterday, just for kicks, I looked up the pressure requirement in the pis chart from Michlen and it says 100 psi for my weight. Well I do not have individual wheel weights, just axel weights so I said if 100psi is good then 105psi should be OK in the event my wieght is not equal on each wheel.
WOW - what a difference in the drive today. I was nto really ever comfortable in curves over 65 mph but today I felt much more stability in curves up to 70. 5psi makes a lot of difference.
When people on these forums tell you to weigh each wheel and use the proper psi based on the tire chart from your tire manufacturer - do it!
