Cambria 29H is three weeks old and the compressor has failed on the rooftop heatpump.
It hasn't been run but around 2 hours.
What chances are there in getting Coleman to replace the entire unit instead of just the compressor?

Welcome to the forum

Good question. I know for a fact that RVP/Coleman prefers to repair and not replace basement airs but not sure about roof air.

Give Winnie a call Monday and talk also to your dealer. You might try calling RVP (I'm pretty sure they manufacture the Coleman line.)

How did you determine the compressor failed?
