Is it common for the rubber seal that is on the corners of the upper cab and runs down the entire front of the main body and upper cab to come away where the cab/main body meet in cold weather? I was told this was due to the cold weather. Anyone else experience this? I have a 2003 Minnie 31C.

K9RV, Welcome to irv2
Any seal that you can see thru to interior wall I would say its not sealed. Your talking about the seal between the truck cab and body of the box, right
Any sealed seams will not be protected if the rubber is pulled away. If water gets in there will cause tons of trouble. "007"

Why do the builders not make a flashing first and then a seal over that?
Much like the flashing on a house chimmney.

Take some narrow alluminum flashing, form it to fit, then put clear RTV sealant on the back of it and attach it to the cab and camper with short small sheet metal screws or even pop rivets from your local hardware store. Then after that is in place, put the rubber sealent over that.
Just my thought on how to reseal it if it were mine.
