Side camera defeat?

My Tour has the two sideview cameras, activated by the turn signals. I would prefer to view only the rear camera. Is there a simple way to defeat the side view cams?

You could unplug the camera feeds or disconnect the trigger wire from the turn signals that switch to them. I'd install a dash switch to disable them when you don't want to see them, but could turn them on when you want to make sure you don't have a car lurking in your blind spot.

If it is a Voyager, you may be able to simply program that out. I never liked mine switching and cut the control wires on mine years ago.

According to the generic operators manual there should be a secondary manual for the rear and side view cameras. Our manual is part of a larger "Supplemental " manual specific to our coach and the options installed.

With the SONY system in our adventurer we can program out any cameras we don't want to use. I would think the same feature would be available in your coach.
