Side Vision Camera

I have a 2010 Winnebago Journey 40T. The right side vision camera has become very cloudy and almost useless (left side still OK and rear is good).
WBGO techs say it's non-repairable and should be changed. Is this true?

Has anyone replaced a side vision camera? If so, how is it done? Tech implied its plug and play. Where do you get the replacement?

RV Cams in Baton Rouge LA was very helpful when my side camera died several years ago on my 2007 Journey. I don't recall exactly how I changed it out but I know if you pop off the little tab near the side of coach there are 2 screws to remove. I think then the cover came off. Then just unplug and plug in new one.

Thanks Olive. Do you know where the replacement came from?

I bought it from RV Cams. They were very helpful in helping me get the right camera and answering any questions I had. I had learned about them years ago on this forum.

i brought one from amazon and replace my right one a couple of months ago, it was not that hard. take the two screws off by the lens and give the camera a push toward the front of the rv and it should pop off and unplug it
