Steps

I have a 2016 Tour that the steps do not work. I have to physically connect/disconnect to enter. I was wondering if this is a common issue or did I just have a faulty system?

If you "have to physically connect/disconnect" anything to enter your coach you have a faulty system.

Our steps stopped working this summer, but fortunately we were close to the Winnebago service center in Junction City, Oregon. They fixed two broken wires on the four-pin (brass) contact plate in the door frame, and replaced a magnet in the door which activates a sensor when the door closes. All working fine for us.

Thanks for the reply, the brass contacts turned out to be the problem.
