Strange HWH Pump Behavior

Frequently when starting the engine, the HWH pump turns on. It stays on until starting to move. If I start the engine, but don't move it keeps running until I shut the engine off. If I start the engine again, the pump remains off.

Clean and reseal pump to chassis ground. Typically near the pump.

Are you sure it's the HWH pump, or is it maybe the brake boost pump, you're hearing?
