Suggested Winnebago Dealers Class C

We are in the market for a Winnebago Navion or View; probably the V or J. There is a good possibility that we order so we get exactly what we want.

So looking for dealers that are reasonable in price and easy to work with. I am in the Southeast but not limited to this area.

Any suggestions?

Lichtsinn in Forest City, IA, generally gets good reviews. Not close, but perhaps worth the trip north?

They are really good people. I've used them to service my earlier Tiffin and more recently my WBGO Fuse. Please feel free to mention that Bob Kantor recommended them to you.

Winnebago View 24D - very happy

Bob:

We have a 2020 View 24D on a 2019 chassis. We love it. We have the Murphy bed which gives us a lot of room with the slide out and the bed up.

We bought it used for several reasons.
You save a lot of money.
Your coach will typically have added options already on it.
You don't have to go through the hassle of getting warranty items repaired.
And, you can buy from a private party.

The previous owner had added two lithium house batteries, 3" rear wheel extensions, upgraded shocks and sway bars. About $17,000 worth of upgrades.

The coach drives like a dream with the suspension upgrades. We average 15.1 MPG.

We do a lot of dry camping and can go for around five days without replenishing water or dumping our tanks.

I cannot recommend an RV dealer as we have never had a positive experience with one.

Good Luck

Bill
