Question sun power for sun cruiser

There is a lot of info re solar power. Too much in fact. I would like to install a system that will meet my needs. Off the grid. I can understand. Possibly install myself. OR Where to get the work done. Campers World? Of course I would like to spend the least amount possible BUT I only want to do this once so want it right the first time.
Thank You.

Hi,
Can't help with your question but I also have a Suncruiser. What year/model is yours?

There is a solar electricity place in Flagstaff, AZ that enjoys superb ratings on their installs. Check them out.

Jack Mayer has a lot of good information on his website:

RV Electrical

I wouldn't go to Camping World for something like this.

Evilbog,
Everyone is right, adding solar to your RV isn't really all that difficult. Now that be said, you really have to figure out what you'll need so the install work work for YOU.

I did extensive research before I went ahead and began buying and/or installing anything.

There is A LOT of misinformation on the internet about RV Solar. I know, I fell into a few traps and had to back out of them and do it the right way.

I wrote a 6(!) part series of articles about it for the rv newsletter. You can read the first one here:

http://wandermanblog.blogspot.com/20...ap-part-1.html

You can go simple or complex. Just make sure it will do what you want it to.

I started with figuring out what my power requirements were.
