Sunstar Notch Mattress

Looking at a 27P Sunstar. It comes with a King bed with a "notch" mattress. It is a mattress that folds over on the end so the slide can close. I was told that in many cases one of the first thing owners change after purchase of an RV is the mattress.

I am trying to find out if it is possible to upgrade the notch type mattress.

Check with mattress insider - they say they can make any custom mattress and Ive been very happy with their products- three purchases for three different coaches and all of them were great

Ive found that almost all factory mattresses are more or less junk. The exception is my current coach with a sleep number bed. But if it didn't have that I probably would have bought one from Mattress insider for it too.
