I'm still wondering if this is the best alternative, but will talk to my RV shop, as R-Mechanic in Livermore has a great electrician.
Thanks,

Once you remove the 4 screws and undo the gas line and take out the oven and carfully remove the foil blanket piece there is lots of more room to work I had thought about the storage compartment but there is no air flow in there so being right next to vent should be good

Looks like my gas line is right where I'd like the charger to go...
If this can't be moved, then there is a place on the floor between the wall and the existing charger....under the wires for the awning switch...we'll see. I have an appointment with R-mechanic in Livermore on the 20th....I'll post again after then.

I did have to move my gas line over some but there was enough slack in the line to do it

Ok, good to know there is enough slack in the line to move it...I will let the professionals take care of that. Thanks!

Just got my new 3 stage charger installed and using it for a weekend trip. Fit just like your photos!, RMBlaster. Thanks, again for the helpful photos and advice!

I checked the batteries earlier, however, and the tops are wet and have clearly been bubbling up acid.

I was thinking the new charger and new batteries would prevent that. Not sure how to trouble shoot this.

I have an watering system for the batteries. I am wondering if it is filling them too full? It's a bit frustrating...

More updates to my MH. I fixed the Piss Poor Dash lighting. Most of yo know what I mean, by not being able to see the dash instruments during the daylight even with the dash light on.
I added a string of led lights above the dash and put them on their own switch so I could turn them off at night.

Just replaced the kitchen faucet. New version is metal and very solid, matches the existing hardware, and has a pull out faucet. The old one started to leak for some reason...

Nice job... I like it. Did you have a hard time getting under the sink and tightening the faucet down?

Not at all...I was able to reach the connections and no tools were needed to remove or install. I did it all by hand tightening after first wrapping the threads with teflon tape. Works perfect with absolutely no leaks! :-)

Just ordered mine... Always hated the cheap/flimsy two handled faucet in the kitchen.

Thanks

Just had suspension air bags (Firestone Ride-Rite) installed in the front and rear of the motorhome (2013 Sunstar 26HE). So far I like them. Noticeable difference with ride comfort and stability. I had it up on the freeway, but too much bumper to bumper traffic to see how it handles within the lane. Had some sway caused by tractor trailers driving by. Bought them online for ~$590 shipped. Had my local Ford dealer install them for me.

Rossi, glad to hear the install went well and they are working for you. Please keep us updated on the ride as you put some miles on with them.
