Tour 42QD Kitchen Slide failed HELP

We went to leave our current RV park to go to get our kitchen slide repaired and it is now stuck half out. Not only is it stuck half out the top is all the way out and the bottom is half in. It now will not move in or out. I removed the panel on the back side of the slide and the torque shaft is bowed out. I can't remove the motor because I have no access to the inside. When I was putting the slide in I heard the back starting to skip and before I could stop it jammed. I believe the front is ok but I can't figure how to unjam the back without cutting the torque shaft.

Hmm. Wow. That sounds ugly. I don't think this can be fixed in a Conventional way. Can you post some Pics? Those might help in Brain storming the issue. JMHO.

Problem solved. I used a floor jack and lifter up the bottom until it was level. Then the slide pushed in with a little help from my wife. Before I did that I cut the torque rods and removed the motors. Now going to call Winnebago Factory Service for an appointment to have the upgraded system installed.
