transmission in 1997 winnebago adventurer

Hi
I have been searching post to see if I could find my answer and no luck , so here is my question. I have a 97 Winnebago Adventurer WCG34RQ with a 454 engine. How do I find what kind of transmission I have. I look thru all the manual that I have and the only description is "automatic transmission with overdrive". Winnebago site has all kind of info except on transmission. Any help would be appreciated.

Can't be 100% on this, but my 1991 Suburban with 454 has the 4L80E transmission. This combination is quite common on the newer models. My best guess is this is what you have as well.

Hi
One thing I forgot to mention it is a 4 speeds transmission, 1,2,d,d overdrive. I also had a look at the transmission and could not see any tag or marking. Thanks, I'll look it up.

Your transmission is a 4L80E. This is a very common transmission and a very good transmission.
