I have an 04 Itasca Spirit 29, There are two toggle type switches of the dinette next to the TV antenna booster switch and a 12v power socket. I have not been able to figure out what these are for. Switching back and forth seems to not effect anything. I have looked at the wiring diagrams on the Winnebago web site and did not see them, any help on this would ease my frustration.

One of them is likely for a courtesy light near the floor but don't know about the other one.

If you go here Wiring Diagrams you should find the complete wiring diagrams for your coach.
