View 24M black tank discharge

Hello we own a 2015 Winnebago View 24M. We are going to a Resort where the PVC pipe for the black/grey water discharge is raised up a good 5-6 inches. Last time I was there and dumped, I had to pick up the hose and "massage" it so that the waste would not back up. I tried blocks of wood to lift my hose, but it worked its way off. It appears the discharge on the View is considerably lower than in other RVs I've seen? Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions? Thanks for the input.

Your black tank is still higher than the dump, so it will dump the tank ok, just not empty the hose. Keep the black closed while you are camping. A day or two before you leave, shut the gray water valve off and build up a little gray. Then when you are getting ready to leave dump the black first. When it stops, then open the grey and dump it to wash out the hose. Then when it stops flowing you can massage it to get the rest of the gray out and you're good to go.

These work good sometimes also.
