Either shot batteries or battery disconnect needs to be turned on.
Post battery voltage on chassis and house batteries.

The batteries are brand new and fully charged, all the battery switches are on.

Get a Multi meter on every battery and every connection, follow along from there if you have 12.5+, until you see a significant drop from that, you found your culprit.

Did it work before switching batteries?

check the installation of the batteries. sounds silly, but if everything worked before, and now doesnt, thats where i would start.
look for cables that are not connected. maybe fallen behind the batteries, or tucked out of the way. using a 12 volt tester, follow the 12 volt positive from the battery post up to the engine, or to the hwh pump. maybe a loose ground. has to be a bad or missing connection.

There are fuses on the small cables going to the chassis battery. Maybe one of those.

Vin on wall beside driver seat.

A VIM ( Vehicle Interface Module ) and it's internal fuses would be an issue ; if the Allison shift pad didn't light up ; along with the rest of the dash warning lights when the ignition key is first turned on .

The VIM would have no connection to the generator no start and leveling jack operation.

Is your coach on a Freightliner chassis ?
Caterpillar engine or Cummins?
Do the dash warning lights come on when the key is turned to the run position?

Do you have a voltmeter and a 12 volt test light ?

If all systems worked after the batteries were installed and they don't work a month later , you need to start at the batteries to confirm power and connections.
