Vista Check Engine Light

2015 Vista 27N, Ford V-10 engine. Check engine light on, scanner says it’s Knock Sensor issue.
Does it hurt to drive before I can get fixed? How much trouble to replace? Should I look at wiring?

Here's a thread that I think will help you even though it's a Workhorse chassis/engine issue. The symptoms, troubleshooting and fixes will pretty much be the same.
