Water leak-2004 Vectra 40AD-Pantry area

Friends: Winter has been brutal (-37f) here in Cody, Wyoming. I winterized the coach, antifreeze and air pressured the lines. However, I have a leak between the pull out pantry and the wall. Removed the speaker near the floor and found a wet black hose. I assume I will have to take out the pantry to get to the hose. Am I correct?

Found problem. Ice maker hose leak. Temp fix. Shut water off at filter under sink. Water feeding icemaker is from the filter.
