Make sure the 2 hot water bypass valves (1 by the water pump and 1 next to the hot water heater) are on "normal operation". Open up pressure relief valve to assure you have water in your hot water heater. Try to run water at the outdoor shower bay.
Turn main hose connection to tank fill. You should hear water entering the tank. After a few minutes try turning on the water pump and see if you get water.
If still no water my guess is a broken check valve.
