For insurance replacement reasons, I search the online rv sales; there's alot of sites to look at beginning with iRV2 and RVTrader. Also, just search your year, make and model and see what comes up.

But what it can sell for is all up to the buyer, and timing.

Go to RV trader and browse for similar RVs for sale. Will give some idea of asking prices.

At 20 years old, you probably won't have much luck getting offers from RV dealers, although they likely will do trade in offers based on what they think it is worth at auction.

How do you discount ask verses sold.

A
I've tried this and I think dealers and individuals set very high prices relying on the "anchor" principle in negotiation. But there must be some discounts over ask and that's what the "value" is.

Unfortunately, asking prices probably won't be the same as what the RV actually sells for. I have an 03 Sunova 27C in good shape that I feel is worth a good $20k but I can imagine it being very hard to get that price.

A lot of people looking at old rigs are looking because they want something cheap. Most won't have $20k saved up and getting a loan is tough because of the RV's age.

We have and are still getting our money's worth after 22 years but I know that money wise, we'll probably be around $40k in the hole when and if we do sell.

No different than finding the worth of your S&B home.
1. Age
2. Condition/Maintenance
3. Comps in the area
4. Comps across the USA
5. Timing

As others mentioned, asking price does not = selling price. Keep that in mind & you won't be disappointed.
