I have noticed that the "rubber" molding around my windshields is held in place only by the "lock" channels. There is no sign of a sealant or caulk. I suppose this is the way it is engineered; however it seems there should be something more to hold it in place and to prevent water from leaking in to the channels. Is the molding cosmetic only? What happens to water that leaks under it? Should I be concerned?

j griff, the techs at Winnebasgo tell me ( I've got the same situation with the same yr.model) that the trim moulding is just cosmetic, and that the windshield is sealed independently. Mine wants to curl away slightly at the upper corners. They offered no solution...rgr...
