Winnebago slide issue

I have a 2015 Ellipse and having major slide issues. It struggles coming in as well as out. local tech told me that somewhere in the 2015 era Winnebago sent out a recall to change the slide frames. Anyone have any info about this repair or replace issue???

Hi
I had a similar problem with mine and found that the slide carrier brackets needed to be adjusted to give better clearance off the floor, I contacted Winnebago tech support they sent me instructions to do this I was able to correct myself. However with out seeing you're exact problem it may or may not be the same issue. I noticed when I was outside our coach with the slide closed the paint and trim lines didn't match up showing my slide was lower than it should be this is a good clue suggest you check that first.
Good Luck
