I believe the Tour / Ellipse has a rubber duck-bill drain in the showers - go easy with hair removers. We're finding a regular dose of drain cleaner keeps the drain open.

Whoops - a little more. Have seen MWs with loose / broken door latches exhibit same problems...

Jesse, Was the control board easy to swap out once you go the refrig out??? Looks like I need to tackle this project.

UPDATE: I pulled the refrigerator out. It wasn't that difficult. I replaced the control board and the refrigerator is working again. Would be helpful to have a second pair of hands.

Anybody "out there" that has taken a TOUR or similar-sized motorhome into the Oak Mountain State Park Campground (just south of Birmingham)?

Very easy

The worst part is getting the refrigerator out and back in

Hi all
What would you recommend for a good dash cover for my Tour?

Thanks in advance

Shower drain

So I am working on a project in the motorhome and had to remove the vent cover in the bedroom next to the bed on the wall that separates rear bath. Looking inside I found that the shower drain has what looks like a removable hair strainer.
Crap the photo is upside down.

I don't think that is a hair trap, that is a replacement for having a regular u shaped trap, i think its called a waterless p-trap

Also called a Duck Bill flap or valve. Agree that there is no hair-trap there. In the shower itself and two hair-trapping obstructions: (1) the attractive drain/grid cover, and under that: A 4-post metal portion of the drain hardware.

I got tired of cleaning two hair traps, so I tossed the attractive cover. Then I have at-the-ready a pair of very-long-armed tweezers. Seems that I use these tweezers every night (after DW and my showers).

Jesse,
I purchased a 5x7 (I think) berber-style area rug and cut it to shape. The 7' dimension didn't cover the dash left-t0-right fully. It cut down wind and road noise to a nice extent.
