The cover should pull off after the two screws are out. It is held on with tension bent tabs on the inside......the tabs are located where there are no screws if it's like mine, (opposite corners). Pull evenly at those points and it should pop off.

Thank you. The tabs on mine were really tight making me suspect there was more to getting the cover off than just a firm pull.

While checking connections I found one under the bed that was only finger tight. It looks like a battery post and feeds the buss bars for the breakers.

For those who do not want to go through all the trouble replacing headlights/turn-signal lights there is a restoration kit at the auto stores that only requires elbow grease.
I have seen this application in person and the headlights looked brand new.

Winnebago Tour Tips
On our last road trip, I turned the right blinker on and the video was sideways.
The camera was hanging out of the mirror due to the inner retaining nut working loose.
Here are some pics that might help if it happens to you.
I used a plastic butter knife to push in the clips that release the rear cover of the Mirror.

Has anybody else had issues with their microwave rattling when going down the road? Mine does it and it drives me crazy. I have taken everything out of it to eliminate the rotating tray. Its the actual unit itself shaking.

Yeah same here. I found it's the little aluminum grates on the underside of the unit. They just fit loosely in their rectangular cavities. They make a hell of a lot of noise. A shim eliminates it.
I also found that the glass in the fireplace moves just enough to make a bunch of noise too. Again, a little hidden shim takes care of it.
I hate rattles and squeaks too. It's always a great feeling of triumph when I find the sources and stop the racket.

I'm glad you mentioned fireplace as it reminds me of a question I have.
The glass is all dirtied up on the inside of the glass. Has anyone taken the wood fascia and glass off to clean it?

I haven't yet. That's the only way to get it apart? Haven't studied on it myself.

I’ve been studying ours to take apart to clean and fix a noise. Appears that the 2 vertical side trim pieces come off (? Held by pin nails) and mounting screws are underneath. Will advise when I get the project done...

Waiting for the report Steve. Taking those side trims off is going to leave a scar when they are put back on. Be interesting to see what us use for filler. I have a nail gun so I can put some thin brads in there.

I have the ITC disc LED ceiling lights. They are starting to fail. I purchased some couple replacement inserts at the GNR and found them online at M4Products.com. They are a bit of a PIA to replace as you have to remove the entire lamp and wire in the new LED disc.
Has anyone found a replacement fixture that uses a G4-type LED disc? I figure if I have to remove the fixture anyway it might be easier to replace the fixture and moving forward replacement is much easier.
Thanks

Lichtsinn RV told me that the OEM ceiling lights required a complete replacement of the fixture and not just the bulb. Anyone confirm that.
