Thanks. I was beginning to wonder where everybody was?

On my Monaco, the 4 bolts were on the inside at each a/c.

I ordered a roll of the 2" foam tape for this. I am also going to repaint the covers for my units. They have faded quite a bit.

The batteries in my 2014 Tour GD are less than two years old and yet I can't make a pot of coffee in the morning without starting the Gen. I have 900 watts of solar and at dark my batteries say 13+ volts but by morning they are near 12v or lower. Is this a common occurrence and where is all the power going? The fridge surely doesn't use this much power in less than 8 hrs.

Same thing happened to me so I disconnected the six house batteries and load tested each one separately.
One was showing good voltage until under a load.

I would open up your battery compartment and check the connections on the batteries. You could have a problem there.

Thanks guys. I did check all connections and all were tight and clean. The condition of each individual battery could be an Issue. I did do a specific gravity test on the batteries but I never disconnected them. All tested good. I will repeat the test with a load tester after removing the cables.

Trower:
Some disconnecting of some batteries may be in order here to perform the test I'm proposing. If your bank has 6-volt batts in series to give you 12-volts, it may go easier...

Batteries that are ageing or failing can "show" you that they are in trouble. Older/failing batts have a higher "internal resistance" and thus when under heavy load, the output voltage at their terminals is significantly lower.

So connection wise: You disconnect batteries so that only one batt (12v) or two batts (two 6-volt batts) are servicing the inverter. Apply a heavy load to the inverter (your microwave) and measure the voltage across the battery terminals. A 12-volt battery that is ageing or bad will drop to 10-volts or less very quickly under load...an unacceptable value because of several reasons, but the top reason is that your inverter will shut down if the voltage falls below 10.5 volts. If your "bank" is made up of 6-volt batteries, you may be able to find the poor batteries without performing any disconnections.

Robi I have all 12 volt batteries and access to a load test battery tester. My concern is a parasitic load that I am unaware of causing my problem. I turn off everything possible each evening and have also disconnected 3 tvs and the associated smart box that each is connected to. I may turn off the Fridge one night to see if the batteries still go down.

Do you run the aquahot? It takes power to run the pumps and the fans. Not a lot if you are not heating the house but the stir pump runs quite a bit.

So I disconnected all my batteries and did a load test on each battery independent of the others. They all tested excellent. Not surprising as they are not that old right. I left the batteries disconnected over night and retested today. I found one battery that tested bad/replace. So that has been my problem all summer.

I have cleaned the motor 'filter' located at the bottom of the washer, but, it is still throwing the error code. My question is how do you access the drain and fill hoses?

Do I have to tear the entire washer/dryer cabinet apart? Or is there some secret access panel that I am missing?

Thanks
I gained access to the washer and dryer by pulling off the trim on the inboard side of the cabinet, gaining access to 8 screws holding the door frame in. There were 4 screws holding the door frame to the outside wall of the MH. Had to use a universal joint on the screwdriver to get at those.

Pulled the frame out of the way, pulled the dryer off the washer, then pulled the top off of the washer. Internet research revealed the cure for the F-10 code....I pulled the hose off of the pressure switch, and blew into it. Voila----the washer is working again. Apparently, occasionally, this small hose may get obstructed by a bit of detergent and/or lint, resulting in the pressure switch not reading the proper water levels in the washer. Anyhow -- washer is working and wife is happy.

After a heavy rain I noticed a small amount of water on the tile at the front of the kitchen slide. My slide top outer seal came loose allowing water to pass through. Click image for larger version
