I want to write a letter to Winnebago to express my displeasure at my local Winnebago dealer/service center. I would like to feel as though it would not end up in some dead letter file and it might be at least considered by someone in a position of authority.

I had been warned by others that I would be disappointed by this dealer but I usually have to find out for myself.......and did. Anyway,

Who would you reccomend I write to, either a specific person and/or department? Thanks for your help.

Sorry you are having so much trouble with your dealer. Here is a page of financial information about the company along with a list of officers.

Winnebago's stock symbol is WGO - do a google on WGO and you will discover lots of information about the company.

Good luck - John

I have written to the CEO, Bruce Hertzke. My letter was forwarded to customer service, who I had already spoken to.
