WIT Membership

Having just found the original thread, and still waiting for my WIT member package, for over 2 months. I called the number listed. Answered by answering machine, left message stating I joined Jan 23rd via web. Received a card @ March 23rd asking me to join...??? Returned the card with a copy of the web receipt showing dues paid. Where is my member package? The call today is the second call I've made, having previously called Winnebago and been connected to WIT, answering machine that time also. Have joined a chapter and would like my WIT number!!

So I joined in January also. I joined for the ultimate camp ground membership. I waited a month with no WIT number. I sent emailes etc with no response. Finally I just signed up with ultimate and used my RV serial number in lue of my WIT number

Ultimate contacted me and I explained the situation. They called Winnebago and only then did I get a response and finally received my membership package and WIT number. Apparently it was stuck in some pergatory because the RV is registered in my husbands name as primary and I purchased the WIT with my name primary. I think that was a BS excuse personally.

UPDATE

I Finally have a WIT number, thanks to Angie at Winnebago Customer Service. I had sent an inquiry to Winnebago on another matter and had mentioned my struggle to get my WIT membership number. It wasn't long before an email from Angie arrived with my member number, telling me WIT would process my Jan 23rd payment on April 30th.

Hopefully come early May I will finally hear directly from WIT with my member credentials.

Bring the Grandkids, the employees will entertain them all day and bring them home tired.

I’m sure that will be a great time. We won’t be able to do it this year, other commitments for July, maybe in the future.
