03 Dutchstar install new rear light lenses

I found replacement lenses for all three rear lights but the OEM housings are sealed. Before I attempt to remove the old lenses from the housings are there any "special" instructions or is it as simply as carefully prying off the old lens with a flat blade screw driver? Also, installing the new lens, glue or are they a snap fit?? Seems like nothing is really "simple" with these old motor homes...

Are you trying to separate the red, amber lenses from the back reflector portion or take the whole unit out of the MH?
On most if not all automotive light assembly, the visible lenses are hermetically (terminology??) sealed, plastic welded to the reflector housing. I tried to separate one on my 04 Accord, almost impossible.

On my previous 2002 DSDP the rear outside lens is one piece and you must replace with the same. The individual colors are not interchangeable.
