04 Dutch Star Ignition Switch

My ignition switch has been a problem of getting loose and spins making it hard to start and cut off. RV dealer said it a chassis problem. I had in a shop that deals with Spartan chassis. They tighten it up and lasted for three trips. Had a traveling on site mechanic work on it and it lasted for about eight months. A Cummins dealer fixed it in AZ and it is on the verge of going bad again. Am I the only 04 Dutch Star owner having this problem? Had a new ignition switch in but to no avail. Help Please.

Sounds like the little tab that centers the switch in the mounting hole is gone.
Might remove the switch and build up a new tab with epoxy and grind to fit or, try using a star locking washer on each side of the dash. One of those things that makes a person scratch their head.
